I have a special favor to ask of you, stamping friends -- the Greater Baltimore Medical Center is participating in the Pink Glove Dance contest and every vote counts! If they win, they are donating the money to The Red Devils, an organization that helps breast cancer patients and their families. I was part of the pink ribbon at the end of the video -- I am sure you can spot me from a mile away -- LOL! It was so much fun, although it was a very hot and humid afternoon in June when that part of the video was shot.
You can vote once a day for each email address you have. So, if you have a work email address and a home email address, you can vote once a day with each email address.
Here is the link for the contest:

Thank you so much! Back tomorrow with a new stamping project....

RemARKable Pinworthy Blog Tour: Scary Fun!
Welcome! Our theme this month is "Scary Fun" and I decided to make a little candy treat holder for Halloween.
It was easy to make with our new Fry Box Bigz Die and the Sizzix Big Shot Machine! I cut 2 fry boxes: one in Basic Black and one in Tangerine Tango. I stamped the little bats from the Holiday Home stamp set (Catalog #135095, $15.95) around the edges of the Tangerine Tango box before I assembled it. I added some texture to the Basic Black box with the Chevron Textured Impressions Embossing Folder (Catalog #127749, $7.95) before I assembled it. Be sure to use Sticky Strip when you put the boxes together to make sure they stay assembled once you put your treats inside.
Here are the two boxes separated:
And, then together:
I stamped one of the pumpkins from the Fall Fest Stamp Set (Catalog #135194, $15.95) and cut it out with the Fun Fall Framelits Dies (Catalog #135856, $24.95). I bought both of these items as a bundle and saved 15% -- the bundle is only $34.75 (Catalog 3137628), and is not just for Halloween. The pumpkins and leaves can be used for Thanksgiving and other Fall-themed cards, too. I tied some Two-Tone Trim (Catalog #135838, $4.95 for 10 yds.) around the bottom of the box, then attached the jack-o-lantern with Stampin' Dimensionals.
I added some Fall Mix candy to one of our 4" x 6" Cellophane Bags (Catalog #102757, $4.50 for 50 bags) and tied it with our Two-Tone Trim. I stamped the cute little Dracula tag in the Merry Everything Stamp Set (Catalog #135068 Wood Mount $21.95, Catalog #135071 Clear Mount $16.95) in Black StazOn Ink, then punched it out with the Note Tag Punch (Catalog #135860, $16.95). You can also bundle the Merry Everything Stamp Set and the Note Tag Punch and save 15% -- Woohoo! The Wood Mount Bundle is Catalog #137635, $32.95, and the Clear Mount Bundle is Catalog #137636, $28.75.
I layered the Dracula tag onto a Basic Black tag that I made with the Scallop Tag Topper Punch (Catalog #133324, $22.95), then rounded the bottom corners with the Project Life Corner Punch (Catalog #135346, $7.95). I ran the tag through the Chevron embossing folder to coordinate with the fry box, too. I used Stampin' Dimensionals to pop up the Dracula tag onto a Tangerine Tango Circle I punched with the 2" Circle Punch (Catalog #133782, normally $16.95, but it is part of the Weekly Deals so the price is $12.71 US until Tuesday, September 16!). I attached the circle to the black tag with Stampin' Dimensionals, too! I love to pop things up and give some dimension to my cards and tags! Just tuck this little candy bag and tag in your fry box, and you have a great little candy treat for a Halloween Party, or to give to neighbors, co-workers, or your favorite trick-or-treaters!
