Snuggles and Smooches

The final card from my "I {Heart} You" stamping class was a CASE (Copy And Share Everything) from my very talented teammate, Andi Potler.  You can see her card here.

Here is my take on her idea:

This card is made with a technique called "collage stamping" -- all of the images are on one piece of Whisper White card stock, and the images are stamped over top of each other.  I used Melon Mambo, Crisp Cantaloupe, and Momento Black for this card.  I used a small heart punched from our beautiful Silver Glimmer paper instead of a button.  Here is the inside of the card:

Wedding Card

Happy Friday!  Here is another card we made last week at my "I {Heart} You" card class:

I simply LOVE the brand new Something Borrowed Designer Series Paper in the Occasions Catalog! It is understated and elegant, and I love the neutral color scheme of Sahara Sand and Whisper White.

Something Borrowed Designer Series Paper
Catalog #137785     $10.95
Plus, you receive 12 sheets total, 4 sheets of each 2-sided piece of designer series paper. The patterns are beautiful!  I added Basic Black to my color scheme to give the card an elegant look, and I also used the Spring Flowers Textured Impressions Embossing Folder on the Basic Black pennant layer to give it a little bit of texture.  Adding some Dazzling Diamonds to the icing layers of the wedding cake image gave it a little sparkle, too!

I {Heart} You Class

I had fun creating these cards for my "I {Heart} You" Just Cards class.

I have already posted info about the tree card, so now I will give you some details about the other cards we made.

Here is a perfect card for Valentine's Day:

This card was quick and easy to make, so you could easily make lots of these to send to your friends and family for Valentine's Day.  There was only a little bit of stamping for this card -- just the "You're Sweet" and "Be Mine" stamps inked with Real Red ink.  The rest of the card featured hearts punched from the Stacked With Love Designer Series Paper Pack with our Sweetheart Punch.

Here is the inside:

I love using lots of layers, and the Real Red, Basic Black, and Whisper White card stock really make the punched hearts pop, don't you think?  I also used Stampin' Dimensionals to pop the hearts off the front of the card.

I {Heart} Sheltering Tree!

One of my faves in the new Occasions Mini Catalog is a stamp set called "Sheltering Tree."  I love how versatile it can be, and how you can use it for each season!

Sheltering Tree
Photopolymer stamp set
Catalog #137163     $24.95
It is so easy to use!  The photopolymer sticks like a champ onto our clear blocks, and the fact that you can see through it makes placement of the elements so easy!  Here is a card I will be teaching this weekend at my "I {Heart} You" card class:

This makes the perfect Valentine's Day card, don't you think?  I used Strawberry Slush, Pink Pirouette, and Whisper White card stock.  The ink colors were Early Espresso, Strawberry Slush and Pink Pirouette.  (A detailed list of supplies can be found at the end of this post. The Itty Bitty Punch Pack is part of the Weekly Specials -- regular price $16.95, on sale for $12.71 through Monday, January 19!)

Here is the inside of the card:

I pulled the inside verse from the Build A Bouquet Photopolymer stamp set:
