I made this votive holder with the Deck the Halls Designer Series Paper that you can find on page 18 of the Holiday Mini catalog. This is the perfect little gift for co-workers, your child's teacher, or that special neighbor. Be sure to use a battery-operated votive "candle" for this project. Here are the supplies I used:
