Hello, and welcome to our monthly blog tour! Sit back, relax, and enjoy seeing all of the great ideas members of the RemARKable Stampers team have for you.
May is National Scrapbooking Month, so we decided to "Capture The Moment" for this month's tour. I am the first to admit that I am "scrapbook-challenged." I have lots of photos waiting to be lovingly scrapped, and I just never seem to get around to it. It always seemed too complicated and time-consuming, and I was intimidated by that HUGE 12 x 12" page!
Well, this is exactly why Becky Higgins created Project Life! And, I am so excited that Stampin' Up! is the
only direct sales company to offer Project Life products. I used some of these new products to create my first project:
We went to the beach last week, and I actually scrapped the photos already! That is a rare event for me...I have boxes and boxes of photos that I have not preserved. I think Project Life will help me work my way through those boxes and actually have completed albums!
I added the date with the new Day to Day stamp set. The cute little camera is from the Point & Click stamp set.
I love the Project Life Cards & Labels Framelits Dies and the Washi Tape that comes in the Everyday Adventure Accessory Pack.
I made my own Journaling Card with Whisper White card stock, the Project Life Corner Punch, the Point & Click stamp set, and the Project Life Journaling pens.
Here is a second page I did this week (Okay -- actually today! Last-minute is my middle name!):
It is SO easy to create pages! I cannot believe it -- I just received these products on Monday, and I have completed 2 pages.
The 3x4" card is perfect for writing about your photos.
I added the arrow sticker and stamped the word Spring in StazOn black ink to embellish this panel. Simply slide your photos and cards into the pockets and you are done!
It is so easy to "Capture The Moment" with the Everyday Adventure Project Life Card Collection and the Variety Pack 12x12" Project Life Photo Pocket Pages. Simply decide which cards and which photos you want to slip into the pockets, add some journaling, and "just-like-that" you are finished a page!
You can also step-it-up, if you'd like. Simply add some stamped images, ribbon, washi tape, fancy clips, buttons, etc. and you have a unique creation capturing your memories.
Here are the supplies I used for these pages:
All of these items are in the brand new 2014-2015 Stampin' Up! Catalog. Plus, the new catalog has even
more Project Life by Stampin' Up! goodies! Yippee!
