The Grand Finale: The Best of Sale-A-Bration!

Hello, and welcome to the final installment of the Best of 25 Years blog tour!  This month, we will feature the Best of Sale-A-Bration stamp set:

Best of Sale-A-Bration
134393  $14.95
I decided to use only one image from this set for this blog tour, and show you the versatility you can have with only a single stamp.  Here are the 3 cards I made:

I applied ink with our Stampin' Write Markers for two of the cards.  I used Rich Razzleberry and Old Olive markers to apply the ink direct to the stamp.

My first card is a vintage-style card (you know how much I love the vintage look!).  Lots of sponging with Crumb Cake ink to get an aged look:

I used the same Rich Razzleberry and Old Olive markers and made a clean-and-simple card:

Do you see a new embossing folder?  You can earn this for FREE with a qualifying purchase during Sale-A-Bration beginning January 28, 2014!

And, here is the final card I made using this stamp:

I got this fading effect by inking the stamp 1 time with Early Espresso ink then stamping and re-stamping 4 times, moving the stamp slightly to the right each time without re-inking the stamp.  It gives a subtle, faded look that I like.

Remember, you can order all of the Best of 25 Years stamp sets through March 30, 2014.  And, when you order 6, you can get a stamp set valued at $14.95 for FREE.  Just save the stickers from the sticker sheet, apply them to the card inside your stamp set, and send it back to Stampin' Up! with your choice of a free $14.95 stamp set.  Woohoo!!

Thank you SO much for joining us for this tour.  Now, it is time to see what Missy Bolinger has created!
