Bokeh Card for Demo Support

Hello!  I am in love with this new Bokeh technique.  I am sending this card to Stampin' Up!'s Demo Support to show them my appreciation for all they do for us!

 I think the colors in this card are just so happy and cheerful!  I used Strawberry Slush, Crisp Cantaloupe, and Daffodil Delight ink for the background.  Did you know that Strawberry Slush and Crisp Cantaloupe will be retiring soon?  Yep -- they are some of the In Colors for 2013-2015, and they will be retiring at the end of May. So, if you gotta have them, you need to order them as soon as possible.

I am in love with the Butterfly Basics stamp set and the Butterfly Thinlits!  I know it has been very hard to wait for the thinlits and bundles to arrive at the Stampin' Up! home office in Riverton, Utah.  But, I have good news......

RemARKable Stampers Blog Tour: Get Moving!

Welcome to the RemARKable Stampers Blog Tour!  Our theme this month is "Get Moving."  Father's Day is coming up, so I decided to do a vintage card featuring the antique car image in the Guy Greetings stamp set:   

 
I love to sponge ink around the edges of card stock to make it look vintage.  Sponging on top of the dry embossing makes the texture pop!  Plus, our burlap ribbon underneath our seam binding ribbon gives this card lots of texture.
