RemARKable Stampers Best of Halloween Blog Tour

Hello!  There is a definite chill in the air, and Halloween will be here before we know it.  This month we will be showcasing the Best of Halloween Stamp Set.

Best of Halloween
#134381  Clear Mount Only  $14.95
I had lots of fun using this stamp set!  Here is my first card:

I used the new Label Thinlits Die to make this fun "flip-flop" card.  I used a piece of 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" piece of Pumpkin Pie card stock for the card.  When I cut it, I made sure the end furthest away from the label was on top of the Thinlit Die.  I did not want that edge to be cut, so I just pulled it through and placed it on top of the die.  I decorated this card with some of the gorgeous Witches' Brew Designer Series Paper and Washi Tape.

The haunted house was stamped with StazOn Black ink on Very Vanilla card stock.  I simply colored the moon and the windows with my Summer Starfruit Stampin' Write Marker.  A bow on the front panel finishes it off.

My second card also features our Witches' Brew Designer Series Paper and I added a little sparkle with our Silver Glimmer Paper and three of our Basic Rhinestones.

Now, this image does not have a moon in it, but I wanted to have a full moon behind that old tree.  I used a scrap of card stock and punched a hole with our 1 3/8" Circle Punch.  I placed it over the stamped image and added some Summer Starfruit ink with a Sponge Dauber.  Lift up the scrap of paper and you have a moon!  I colored the eyes of the owl with my Summer Starfruit marker.

My final project today features our oh-so-sparkly Black and Orange Stampin' Glitter.  I LOVE this stuff!  I used our Heat & Stick Powder to attach the Black Glitter, then I added a piece of Sticky Strip at the base of the hat and poured the Orange Glitter over it for a cute little band around the hat.  What do you think?

I added layers of the Witches' Brew Washi Tape and colored two Rhinestones with a Black Sharpie marker to embellish the greeting from our Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set.  This photo shows the oh-so-sparkly hat a little better.

I hope you enjoyed these projects!  Now, it is time to visit Melissa Bollinger and see what great ideas she has for us.  Enjoy the Blog Tour!
