Hello Card

The weather is nice and warm, and the flowers are blooming here in Baltimore. Our beautiful Spring weather was my inspiration for this card:



The bright colors and the yummy Painted Blooms Designer Series Paper just make this card pop.  And, the texture on the Whisper White layer made with the Spring Flowers Textured Impressions Embossing Folder is so delicate and pretty!

Here is a close-up of the center of the card:



The Vintage Faceted Designer Button and cute little bow made with Whisper White Baker's Twine visually tie the four pieces of Designer Series Paper together.  

The "hello" was cut out with the Hello You Thinlits Dies.  Here is a helpful hint when using intricate Thinlits:  place a piece of waxed paper in between the card stock and the Thinlit as you make your Big Shot sandwich.  The waxed paper will let the Thinlit cut the card stock, but the cardstock will not get stuck inside the Thinlit.
